Stepper motors tuning

	A laser pointer is installed perpendicularly to the motor shaft.
	The laser is aimed at a target located 12 feet farther. A scrap piece of foam is used as a counterweight to minimize the vibration.
	The stepper motors are calibrated until each micro-steps are equidistant. In my configuration, each step is divided in 20 micro-steps. This gives 4000 micro-steps per motor turn.
